The Education and Participation Package (BuT)

The BuT provides an additional financial support for children and young people up to the age of 25. Support and assistance are offered to children and young people from families receiving social benefits (“Bürgergeld”, social allowance, social assistance, housing benefits, child supplement, benefits according to the AsylbLG). The purpose is to strengthen low-income families and to give children, adolescents and young adults more opportunities to participate in available resources.
